Global leadership is a new context in which to place ourselves as citizens. We can adopt this context as a replacement for playing vassals, artisans and serfs. The implications of being global leaders is that we take responsibility for leading ourselves, the planet, and all of our relationships and groups in between. This isn’t necessarily any more work. It’s about being more thoughtful. Taking ourselves more seriously. Being more aware of the difference we can’t help but make, and intending to be contributive.
This new context allows us to recast our set of our citizenship activities, and how we approach them. Below is the beginning of a set of articles on what global leadership can look like.
